      @aaab279,
      During adolescence, boys start producing testosterone. This hormone triggers the formation of semen. During adolescence, boys will have frequent erections even when they are asleep.
      It is during these erections while sleeping that boys have wet dreams. Some people have suggested that wet dreams occur when someone is having dreams with sexual images. Some people have also suggested that it occurs due to accumulation of semen and serves as a let off for the body.
      Different individuals have different frequencies of wet dreams. There are no known ways that people can reduce this frequency. However, it has been suggested that once people get married, their frequency of wet dreams is reduced.
      Overall, wet dreams are normal and are part of development. You can talk to your teachers and parents about it.
