Miscarriage, also known medically as spontaneous abortion happens when the body, for some reason or the other gets rid of the developing foetus. This could happen after infection, physical injury among other reasons. Most miscarriages happen within tbe first few months of pregnancy and the causes are unknown. There are some studies that suggest that genetic abnormalities in the developing foetus or the inabilty of the mothers body to adopt to the foreign object growing within it might cause miscarriage. You see, just like any other foreign organism, the mothers body has to undergo changes that stop it from reacting to the developing fketus by downplaying its immune responses. If for some reason this doesnt happen, the body will get rid of the embryo.
If all else is ok ie body has accepted the foetus, no infection or genetic problems etc, the foetus should not be expelled. The amniotic fluid and sac house the developing embryo and serves as a shock absorber among other functions. The umbilical cord provides nutrients and doesnt allow the passage of harmful organisms. So all in all, while the embryo is developing, there is alot of ways through which it is protected.

The only way I can imagine noise can cause miscarriage is if the sound are of very high frequency which we perceive as vibration so through physical trauma
